A high-level Manchester-based business delegation is visiting the US as part of a roadshow taking place in Minneapolis, Chicago and Boston.
The roadshow, which is supported by UKTI, aims to promote Greater Manchester’s health innovation capabilities as well as facilitating trade, investment and R&D collaborations.
The roadshow coincides with the AdvaMed MedTech 2016 Conference, which is taking place in Minneapolis from 17-19 October, at which Corridor Manchester Health Innovation, represented by Professor Jackie Oldham (Director of Corridor Manchester Health Innovation) will have a presence on stand N424.
Manchester has long been at the forefront of Innovation, and Corridor Manchester has a strong history of Health Innovation including 'world firsts' - such as the invention of the bionic eye.
